RETURN POLICY
- Are you not happy with your purchase? We are happy to accept the returns and refund on the items that are in original condition within 14 days of receiving your order.
- We do not cover any return costs back to us.
- Any item must be in the original condition. All items will be reviewed upon return.
- If we received an item in an unsuitable condition, the refund will become void and the item(s) will be sent back to you as paid by the company.
- If we received an item too late, the refund will become void and the item(s) will be sent back to you as paid by the company.
- Are the goods damaged or wrong delivered? Please contact us within 2 working days after receiving your order!
- If your refund is accepted, you will receive an email with the confirmation of the refund.
- It can take up to 7 working days to receive the refund on the payment method you have paid with.
- The items you wish to return are your responsibility until we have received them. Keep a proof of your return when you have sent the package back.
- Please return the full order included accessories and gift box.
